Structure
National Board of Directors
Established in 2006 with the founding of the sorority, the National Board of Directors serves as an ultimate organization of guiders for the national entity of Theta Alpha. The board consists of six members (President, External Vice President, Internal Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and the President of the National Alumnae President) elected at the Convention. They must be alumnae status. The board is responsible for all policy decisions, the direction of the sorority, the out-sourcing of labor, the collection and filing of documents and the hiring of staff such as the National Director and Web master.
Executive Director
The Executive Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the sorority nationally. Hired and retained by the Board of Directors, the executive director maintains a volunteer staff. This person is soley in charge of the Convention, collecting and maintaining national documents and the day-to-day efforts of national expansion. Currently, Laurie Bailey is the Executive Director.
Chapter Officers
Maintain the structure and order of the undergraduate
chapters of Theta Alpha. There are six officers.

Chapter Advsior
A member of the University of Florida faculty that advises the chapter and serves as a liason between the chapter and the university.
