We want to reassure
you that Theta Alpha is a ministry above all else and that when your
daughter chooses to join our Christian sorority, it is a decision that
will help her grow spiritually, academically, professionally and
socially through a series of programs that will help enable a
longlasting sense of stability.
There are a number
of misconceptions in todays media about college life, Christianity and
of course what a social sorority is. We want to answer those
misconceptions for you.
Theta Alpha is not
about materialism, it is not about vanity, Theta Alpha is about
sisterhood soley focused on glorifying Jesus Christ above all else
during your daughter's college years. Theta Alpha is not the first
Christian sorority and the others have been great successes. We
encourage you to learn more, to research more and to question because
we want you and your daughter to be as comfortable as you can be before
making the decision to join.
Theta Alpha does
not discriminate and we do not demand great amounts of money. We assure
that Theta Alpha dues for a given semester cannot be more than three
times the amount of one credit hour for in-state tuition at your
daughter's institution. This money is carefully allocated and spent to
maximize your daughters experience as a Theta Alpha.
If you have any
questions, please contact our National President, Caroline Burns
of the Beta Chapter.
