Rooms can be booked from now until Wednesday, May 6th, and are based on availability. You do not have to book a room at time of registration, but it is strongly encouraged. If the block is full, please reach out to Sydney Keeter at treasurer@thetaalpha.org (mailto:Sydneytreasurer@thetaalpha.org) to see if additional rooms can be added.
Can you share a room with other sisters? Yes! When booking have one sister book the appropriate sized room.
Sisters can bring guests and are welcome to book in the room block. Rooms can be booked for longer than Friday-Sunday if needed.
Room incidentals and additional services are the responsibility of the room guest.

11:30AM - 4:00PM - Pool side and indoor activities, free time to grab lunch
6:30PM - 8:30PM - Founders' Day Gala - Bonnet Creek Ballroom (Dinner Provided)

Absolutely!! A guest ticket is $240. It does not include a welcome bag or t-shirt, but includes all of the same beverages and dinner as the sister ticket. Sisters should list their guest on their registration form.

Welcome back to Chapter - Chapter Attire
- Dresses, slacks/business attire.
- No jeans.
- Pins required. Extras will be provided at the check in desk
Resort Pool & Hang out
-Resort, pool, or relaxed attire.
Evening Gala
- Formal dress or pant suit.
- Men: Tie and jacket/blazer encouraged.
The registration form includes a chance to share dinner entree preferences and any food allergies/restrictions. The final selection for salad, entree, and dessert at the Gala will be announced as the event gets closer.
We've locked in a discounted rate of $20 per day/per car at the Wyndham Grand. Parking instructions will be sent closer to the event.
