For those of you who don’t know me (you all know me LOL):

I’m currently in Tacoma, WA and I’ve been an ER RN for the last 4 years. I’m attending UW earning a DNP in FNP and have a variety of goals in education, policy, research and leadership post graduation. After the last year we‘ve had with COVID, I’ve changed my setting from ERs at major hospitals to a free standing ER. This has been able to refresh my perspective and decrease burn out. Don’t forget to put your family first and leave everything at the door when it comes to work-life balance. Praying for y’all
