Our research team is excited to present an opportunity for full-time, K-12 teachers to participate in a study examining the effect of daily participation in the Noom Mood online program on measures of stress, burnout, and anxiety.
Teachers are experiencing unprecedented amounts of stress and anxiety, which has been exacerbated due to the pandemic. Though we believe schools need to change to better support teachers, we want to help support teachers’ mental health now.
